Most Orders Arrive Within 3-10 Days
Kalyx uses multiple fulfillment centers. The fulfillment center is indicated by the letter at the end of each item name. Each product listing specifies that fulfillment center's shipping policies - and whether or not they ship internationally.
There is a separate shipping charge for each fulfillment center.
Bulk or multiple case orders will require a shipping quote. PLEASE EMAIL OR CALL.
Regular shipping calculations for bulk or multiple case orders will not account for common carriers or special shipping.
Email Shipment Confirmation:
This option will appear on checkout, for those fulfillment centers that offer it. Our default Express method is 2nd Day Air. Please allow one day in-house for order processing, and 2 days for delivery, rather than the normal 4-7 days. Please call if Next Day is required.
International Delivery:Each product listing specifies that fulfillment center's shipping policies - and whether or not they ship internationally. International orders usually take 1-3 weeks from shipment date to arrive at their destination. We ship Global Priority Airmail (EMS), FedEx or UPS. You will be sent the tracking number upon shipment.
Customs is the responsibility of the buyer. Should your customs reject your order it will not be returned to us, since that would cost us another international ship charge. The order will be destroyed and there will be no refund.
Product weights are used to figure shipping costs and are not necessarily the product's actual weight. All shippers charge oversize packages as if they were heavier.

Due to the nature of natural products, items may not be eligible for a return due to subjective customer experiences (IE. Didn't like the taste, color, smell). In addition, open products cannot be returned as these items are considered food sources and we cannot resell. Only unopened items can be returned. No exceptions.

Orders are not returnable 10 days after order shipment. All customers have 10 days from order shipment to bring up any dispute and request a return authorization.
Special order items, or consumable items such as herbs and foods, are not returnable. Items from the HH warehouse cannot be returned unless defective. No Exceptions
Do not return any item without an authorized RMA.
All returns must be pre-authorized. Any item that is not a special order or consumable can be returned within 10 days of order ship date.Opened consumer packs cannot be returned since they cannot be resold. No exceptions.
Returns must have our return authorization number, and must be shipped to the correct warehouse, not to our office.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number, and the correct warehouse return address. Indicate URGENT CANCELLATION or URGENT ORDER CHANGE in the subject line.
Product(s) must be returned within three (3) business days from the date RMA number is issued.
Do not ship any product without an Authorized RMA number clearly marked on the box. Please write the return authorization number on the outside of the box, and include our order number inside.
All returns must be in salable condition. Shipping is not refundable. No exceptions.
If an item is returned due to a customer error then the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. No exceptions.
If an item is being returned due to an Kalyx error, the customer need only return the product for a full refund or an exchange without penalty.
Your card will be credited on receipt of the return, and you will be notified via email about your cancellation request when we have in fact cancelled the order.
Because processing returns is very labor-intensive, Kalyx may, at its option, calculate the refund due and refund the customer without issuing a return authorization.We always reply back to your cancellation request when we have in fact cancelled the order.
